General Tour Information:
Welcome to Nazimbo Camping Safaris. We offer numerous
Tours, that we have put together from years of experience.
The Service:
We will pick you up from the airport at Windhoek. You
can either stay the first and last night of the tour in Windhoek, or on
our Farm. We would gladly put you up in our guest quarters at our Farm
Omongongua, that lies approx. 120 km north of Windhoek on the way to the
Etosha. Here you can get accustomed to the climate and the slower pace of
a vacation in Namibia, experience a short insight into farm life and talk
the tour through with us.
The next morning we will go pack up the 4x4 vehicles
and go on safari. Look forward to the unbelievable landscapes, experiences
out of the ordinary, the African wildlife and evenings at the camp fire.
We are inviting you to experience Africa’s magic the only truly
satisfying way, beneath the sun and the stars, in the middle of the
wild. 
Our roomy 4x4 vehicles allow us to drive off the beaten
track through the infinite expanses of Africa with you. Far from
civilization you will experience nights under the star spangled sky, that
you will never forget: full of silence, that is only disturbed by the
howls of the predators.

General Payment Info

Payment:
An non refundable deposit of 10% of the total
tour prices has to be paid once the booking has been confirmed in
writing. The balance has to be paid 45 days before departure.
Bookings which are made less than 45 days prior
to departure from your home must be paid fully at the time of
application.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Upon
receipt of the written notification the following charges apply:
- up to 45 days prior to departure: deposit forfeited
- up to 14 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour price
- up to 3 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price
- up to 2 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour price
Changes by the company:
Nazimbo Camping Safaris reserves the right to
make route or other changes in cases of acts of God (floods, fires,
etc.) or acute political unrest without prior consultation or
notification of the client. This affects tours, routes and accommodations.
The co mpany will accept no liability for any changes made.
In case of a substantial rise in fees for booked accommodations,
fuel, and similar, outside services and materials, the costs will be
carried by the client. Proof of the rise in prices will be given in
such circumstances.
Liability:
Nazimbo Camping Safaris is covered by the
insurance policies required to be a member of the “Tour and Safari
Association of Namibia” (TASA). The company is not liable for any
self inflicted accidents, personal injuries, delays, customer
property loss, loss or damages of customer luggage or other objects.
The visitor is strongly advised to arrange for a comprehensive
foreign travel insurance policy.
Special Services:
Free transport from and to Windhoek Airport.
Should the visitor wish to stop over in Windhoek after completion of
the tour, the transport from Windhoek to Windhoek Airport will be at
the visitors expense
